Personal buying shortlist
Who you are buying from. The personal buying shortlist is sold by Bailey Lamb trading as UKTechExpert. Email: info@uktechexpert.com.
What you get. A shortlist of three products matched to your answers. The TV and soundbar package gives three TVs, three soundbars and one recommended pairing. It is emailed to you within three working days of payment and includes up to two follow-up replies by email. There are no phone or video calls.
Price. The price shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order.
Your right to cancel. You have 14 days from the day you order to cancel. To cancel, email info@uktechexpert.com with your name and order email and say you want to cancel. You don't have to give a reason.
- If you cancel before your shortlist is emailed to you, you get a full refund.
- When you order, you ask us to start work straight away. Once your shortlist has been emailed to you, the service has been fully provided and you can no longer cancel.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving your cancellation.
If something goes wrong. If we are late, or the shortlist doesn't match the answers you gave, email us and we will put it right or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
Our advice. The shortlist is our honest opinion, based on our research and the information you give us. Prices and stock change, so check both with the retailer before you buy. You choose whether and what to buy. Retailer links in the shortlist may be affiliate links, which cost you nothing extra and don't change our picks.

Products and buying links
The fee pays for the shortlist, not a product. You decide whether to buy anything, and the retailer handles the product sale, delivery and returns under its own terms. Some links may earn UKTechExpert a commission at no extra cost to you. We use published product information and reviews; we do not claim to have personally tested every recommended item. Prices, stock and software can change, so check the exact model, seller and current price before buying.
Model cancellation form

Your order confirmation
The final checkout shows the chosen service and one-off fee before payment. After confirmed payment, we email your order details and the terms that applied to your order so you can keep a copy. Contact us if the confirmation does not arrive; check your junk folder first.
